Quotes and Estimates

When you request a free quote through our website or by phone, we'll provide an estimate based on the information you give us. Our quotes are estimates only and may change after we inspect your property in person.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we provide them. After 30 days, prices may change based on current material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

If you cancel a project after we've started work, you're responsible for payment for all work completed and materials purchased up to that point.

Project Timeline and Delays

We'll provide you with an estimated timeline for your project. However, timelines may change due to weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, acts of nature, supply chain issues, or other circumstances we can't control. We'll keep you informed of any significant delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals before we start work
• Ensure we have clear access to the work area
• Remove any vehicles, furniture, or other items from the work area
• Keep pets and children away from the work site for safety
• Notify us immediately of any concerns during the project

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. We provide a warranty on workmanship for a period specified in your contract. This warranty covers defects in our installation or construction work.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
• Damage from acts of nature, accidents, or third parties
• Changes in concrete appearance due to weathering or aging
• Minor surface cracks that don't affect structural integrity

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

We carry insurance to protect both you and us. If you have concerns about liability or insurance coverage, please ask us for details before we start your project.

Intellectual Property
